Court Rules & Facility Policies

These policies apply across the Zero Zero Pickleball network. By using our facilities, you agree to follow the rules below. For current pricing and booking options, visit our play & booking page.
Policies
01. Reservations Required
Please book your court in advance through our reservation system. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
02. Proper Attire & Safety Gear
Wear non-marking indoor court shoes and appropriate sportswear. We strongly recommend wearing protective eyewear for all players. Note: Shoes that leave marks on the court or failure to wear proper court shoes may result in a $200 fine.
03. Waiver Required
All participants and spectators entering the courts must sign a liability waiver before play.
04. Right to Refuse Entry
The facility reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, or limit the number of participants per reservation at its sole discretion.
05. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.
06. Assumption of Risk
By using the facility, all players and visitors acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport with inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk.
07. Medical Conditions
Players with medical conditions or injuries should consult a doctor before playing. The facility is not responsible for any injury sustained on premises.
08. Use of Photos and Videos
The facility reserves the right to take photos and videos during events for promotional use. Please notify staff if you do not consent.
09. Code of Conduct
Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior is prohibited and may result in removal from the premises without refund.
10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling are subject to the terms outlined in the court reservation system. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund as account credit; no refunds or changes within 48 hours. Please review those policies when booking.
11. Facility Maintenance and Closure
The facility reserves the right to close courts or limit access for maintenance, emergencies, or special events. Advance notice will be provided when possible.
12. Respect the Courts
No food or drinks (except water) on the courts. Keep the playing surface clean. Note: Any damage to the court surface caused by improper use or negligence may result in a $200 fine.
13. Safety First
Play responsibly and be mindful of others. No aggressive or dangerous behaviour.
14. Equipment Use
Use only approved paddles and balls. Rentals are available at the front desk.
15. Time Limits
Please adhere to your reserved time slot to respect other players.
16. Guests & Spectators
Guests must stay in designated viewing areas. No climbing or sitting on court fences.
17. No Smoking or Vaping
Our facility is smoke-free.
18. Children Supervision
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
19. Report Damage
Notify staff immediately if you notice any damage or issues.
20. No Pets
Pets are not permitted inside the facility. Certified service animals are welcome.
